Features include low-maintenance motor technology, a magnesium blade guard, ergonomic wrap around handle, spindle lock mechanism, the STIHL electric motor (EC) and an electronic coasting break. 

Cutting neatly and swiftly up to 70mm deep, the emission-free cordless technology benefits both the operator and environment: No starter, no choke, no carburettor and no rope to pull.

A single charge should run the saw continuously for about 15 minutes (about 30 to 50 bricks or 30 concrete blocks).
